Quantity Surveyor (2 Posts)
Responsibilities Include
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and sub contractors.
Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
Daily monitoring of project budgets and progress.
Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Keep track of materials and ordering more when required.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Experience Required = Minimum Five Years
