Civil/Structural Engineer Required – Reinforced Concrete & Structural Steel Design

A multinational Company recently established in Pakistan, currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative Civil / Structural Engineers. The Structural Engineer (Telecom) will be responsible for the design and structural analysis of new or existing communication structures for wireless telecommunication sites (towers, buildings, foundations, rooftops, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

 Reviews tower and rooftop structures and foundations
 Provide 3D modeling and drafting support for civil, structural and architectural systems for infrastructure and telecommunication projects.
 Assist with preparing 3D models and drawings for structural steel and reinforced concrete structures for buildings, metro stations using AutoCAD, Revit, and Advanced Steel software.
 Reviewing project documents prior to issue for scope and presentation against project standards and specifications.
 Coordinate with senior designers and engineers to advance 3D modeling and final drawings.
 Review shop and fabrication drawings for correctness against design drawings.
 Work effectively with other multidisciplinary project team members.

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience/Skills:

 Minimum 3-5 years of relevant design experience in a consulting engineering environment preferred
 Good understanding of reinforced concrete design, general principles of detailing of reinforcement concrete
 Experience using AutoCAD, Advanced Steel or other 3D design/drafting software
 Experience in Revit would be considered an asset
 Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks
 Effective verbal and written communication skills
 Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment
 High level of awareness and commitment to safety in all aspects of daily work.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Highly motivated and demonstrates personal initiative.
 Possesses integrity, strong work ethic, positive attitude, and is dependable.
 Accountable for results. Adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of project
