Structural Draftsman & Rebar Detailer Required
I am looking for the following single candidate (mentioned below) to offer full time work. This position is open now with work ready to start. I am the Director of Structural Works and we carry out structural engineering designs and architectural projects. The candidate must be located in an area of Lahore with good solid internet access. The work can initially be carried out from home and as the projects increase in number the candidate will be required to work in a dedicated office space sometime in the future, in central Lahore.
The person has to be of a young age, with a good capacity to speak and write English, process information and able to use intuition and able to learn CADSRC rebar detailing software quickly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Structural Works, require the following single person:
Experienced Autocad Draftsman ( Full Time)
Age Requirement: min 25 years old or older
Fluent and mandatory knowledge in spoken English and in written English.
Min 4 years exp. in Autocad 2018 Drafting some knowledge in Revit
Mandatory and full knowledge with Autocad 2018, xrefs, xref management, layer control,bound drawings.
Candidate must know how to plan, present and show information on A1 cad drawings intelligently.
Familiar and mandatory knowledge of Revit: how to export files.
Familiar with general principles of concrete framed mutlistorey buildings and concrete rebar detailing.
Familiar and mandatory knowledge of Bar Bending Shape Codes.
Familiar with building plans, building sections, building details and how to draw their own.
Work is full time from own home.
Must be resident of Lahore.
